Meet Our Leadership

Danijela Matovic – Managing Director & Investment Committee Member

Danijela has more than 15 years of experience in financial advisory. During her career, she has participated in more than 100 different projects including financial due diligence, company valuations, financial modeling, debt restructuring, as well as extensive support in business transactions, both in buying and selling companies, providing services to clients from different industries.

In recent years, Danijela, as one of the leading members of the EY team, has participated in some of the largest and most complex transactions in Serbia and the Balkan region, including the sale of 3Lateral to EPIC Games.

Danijela is the founder and Managing Partner of Parlok Consulting, a financial advisory firm specializing in M&A transactions in Eastern Europe.

Danijela has been a member of the Serbian Association of Managers for many years and actively participated in numerous professional and scientific conferences. She has published several scientific papers in the field of evaluation and commercialization of intellectual property.
